New Trade!
New Trade! Hello Smart Option Sellers! No time to waste. Time to hop into a new trade. Oracle Corp (ORCL) We've played ORCL successfully three times since Smart Option Seller's inception, and today we're getting another opportunity. ORCL released earnings after the bell yesterday and immediately sold off almost $4 per share, which has carried over a bit to this morning. It's currently down about $2.30 per share to a price of $54. Here's the current chart. This down-move will be short-lived for a great company like ORCL. Now's our chance to hop on. Here's what you can choose to do: Sell (sell-to-open) the ORCL January 17, 2020 $40 put options for a limit sell price of $.25 per contract or higher, GTC, as an opening transaction (sell-to-open). Currently, this put option has a market of $.23 bid/$.32 offer, so let's see if we can get it sold for $.25 or higher. Remember, please check the bid/ask prices before placing your sale order. Start your offer price at the high side of the market and then incrementally lower it if you have to. If you jam the offer at $.25 per contract right away, it can scare off the bids. We don't want that! Do not sell for anything less than $.25 per contract. Gap Inc. (GPS) GPS is moving strong again this morning. Our $18 put-sell position has moved down to about $.15 per contract, with a massive order of over 22,000 contracts selling in one swoop at $.15 per. That's huge! That's 2.2 million shares worth! Someone believes GPS' time below $18 is officially over. We'll see next Friday. That's all for now. Get those ORCL orders in there and let us know how you do. Continue to hold all other open positions as-is. Contact us here with fills, comments, questions or concerns. Regards,
