Trade Update

Trade Update Hello Smart Option Sellers! Yesterday we had four new trades to go after. Looks like we got filled on three of them successfully. As I write this alert in the pre-market, futures prices are indicating a strong opening with momentum continuing from yesterday. Let's see if it sticks. Here are yesterday's results: Emerson Electric Co. (EMR) Fills went through between $.25 to $.31 per contract, with most centering around $.28 and $.29 per, so we'll take the official mark at $.28. Sold (sold-to-open) the EMR December 20, 2019 $40 put options for an official sale price of $.28 per contract as an opening transaction (sold-to-open). Great job on a great stock. If you didn't place your trade yet, make sure to work it "GTC" for at least $.25 or higher. Prime Cyber Security ETF (HACK) Didn't seem to have a chance with HACK. As we know from our last trade with HACK, the option bid/ask prices remain very wide, so it takes a lot of patience to get filled. If I wasn't so gung-ho on the cybersecurity industry, we wouldn't waste our time on this trade. Anyway, let's give it some time to see if we get filled. If not, maybe we'll adjust the strike price. Keep working it. Here's the trade again for reference: Sell (sell-to-open) the HACK December 20, 2019 $29 put options for a limit sell price of $.25 per contract or higher, GTC, as an opening transaction (sell-to-open). Do not sell for anything less than $.25 per contract. Intel Corp (INTC) If you acted quickly on this trade, your fill prices were higher than those who waited, as the stock started to climb slightly later in the day. As you know, when stock prices rise, put option prices fall. With a majority of the trades filling between $.25 to $.28 per contract, we'll take $.26 as our official mark. Here's what we did: Sold (sold-to-open) the INTC October 18, 2019 $37 put options for an official sale price of $.26 per contract as an opening transaction (sold-to-open). If you didn't place your trade yet, make sure to work it "GTC" for at least $.25 or higher. Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) We timed this one perfectly as AMD is going to open at least $2.50 per share higher this morning due to positive news. As with EMR, most of the fills centered around $.28 and $.29 per contract, so we'll take the official mark at $.28 per. I typically take the lower fill so I won't get accused of trying to pad the track record. Here's what we did: Sold (sold-to-open) the AMD November 15, 2019 $19 put options for an official sale price of $.28 per contract as an opening transaction (sold-to-open). Congrats if you got involved. If you didn't place your trade yet, make sure to work it "GTC" for at least $.25 or higher. Ok, that's all for now. Continue to hold all other open positions as-is.
