Trade Adjustment - Nike
Trade Adjustment - Nike, Inc. (NKE) Hello Smart Option Sellers! Just missed it. We took a stab at a new put-sell play on Nike yesterday and we just couldn't squeeze it out. I opted to see if we could get the sales off on the $60 puts, but the option markets were not budging. Should've stuck with my gut and went right to the $62.50 puts when we had a solid chance of getting good prices. I think I saw one 10-lot order go across the tape at our price of $.25 per contract, but not sure if it was any of our members who got it. Either way, I believe the current slide of NKE shares may be over, and with the stock rallying today, we're going to adjust the trade. Here's what you can choose to do: Outright cancel your sell-to-open order on the NKE January 18, 2019 $60 put options And replace with this trade: Sell (sell-to-open) the NKE January 18, 2019 $62.50 put options for a limit sell price of $.25 per contract or higher, GTC, as an opening transaction (sell-to-open). Currently, this put option has a market of $.27 bid/$.30 offer, so we definitely should be able to sell a bunch right off the bat for more than $.25 per. If anyone did in fact get filled yesterday on the $60 puts - then you don't need to sell the $62.50 puts. Just hold your position. Get those adjustments in there and let us know how you do. That's all for now. Contact me here Regards,
