Trade Update - CVS
Trade Update - CVS Health (CVS) Hello Smart Option Sellers! I hope everyone had a good holiday yesterday. Let's get a quick update on Wednesday's new put-sell trade that we initiated on CVS. I'm sorry about the short notice on it as it was an abbreviated trading session, but we were still able to get filled as I heard from a number of you about your prices. Most of the trades went across the tape at $.25 & $.26 per contract, so we'll take the official mark at $.25 per. Here's what we did: Sold (sold-to-open) the CVS November 16, 2018 $45 put options for an official sale price of $.25 per contract as an opening transaction (sold-to-open). I was hoping to get a bit higher on this one, and even though the stock price went lower during the shortened session, the option bids stayed low on us too. Typically, as the stock price moves lower, the put option prices will go up. Could've been due to low volume of the shortened trading session. If you have not been filled, or did not place your order yet, just make sure to keep it "GTC". As of now, CVS stock is mostly unchanged on the day and the put option is roughly $.21 bid/$.24 offer. Remember, do not sell for anything less than $.25 per contract. That's all for now. Continue to hold all other positions as-is. Contact me here Regards,
