Eli Lilly (LLY) We have a put-sell position on LLY that expires next month, but the option price has finally hit the 80% Rule threshold, so it's time to lock it in. Here's what you can choose to do: Buy back (buy-to-close) all of your LLY July 18, 2018 $60 put options for a limit buy price of $.05 per contract or cheaper, GTC, as a closing transaction (buy-to-close). Currently, this put option has a market of $.01 bid/$.06 offer, so I believe we will have no problem getting filled. It has already traded at $.04 per contract today, so when placing your order, try putting in a $.03 or $.04 bid first, to see if the market bites. If not, then you can move up to a $.05 bid.
