Happy Friday! New Trade!

New Trade! Hello Smart Option Sellers! We're jumping back into an old favorite. Since launching Smart Option Seller in January 2017, we've played this stock four times already - each with a profitable outcome. And I don't see this time being any different. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Right? Gap Inc. (GPS) Yep, GPS has been very good to us, and even back in the old Instant Money Trader days, we played GPS many times. All profitable, as well. So let's go back for another round. Here's what you can choose to do: Sell (sell-to-open) the GPS September 21, 2018 $22 put options for a limit sell price of $.25 per contract or higher, GTC, as an opening transaction (sell-to-open). GPS did release earnings results yesterday and the street is not all that thrilled with the results, as the stock has been taken to shed and whacked for about $4 per share as I type. But these are the scenarios we love - when good stocks get a large (albeit short-lived) beat-down. We've seen this scenario play out hundreds of times before - the stock gets whacked, only to bounce back a short time later. This has been our bread & butter go-to set-up. And we're going to milk it for all its got. If you believe GPS is a quality player in the clothing retail space - as I do, then this trade could be right for you. Currently, this put option has a market of $.28 bid/$.32 offer, so we should be able to sell it for more than $.25 per contract right off the bat, especially if the stock continues to drift lower today. Remember, lower stock prices = higher put option prices. Place your offer inside the spread when you get to your trading screen. There's no reason to sell right at the bid price if the stock looks weak at the moment. Let the market come to you. As of now, GPS stock is at $29 per share, which is a $7 cushion (24%) above the $22 strike price. In our past put-sell trades on GPS, we typically had a $7 cushion, and it always was enough to make it profitable. So get those orders in now and let us know how you do. I will get to the profit results from yesterday's Kellogg trade a little later, as I wanted to send this new trade alert out ASAP. That's all for now. Continue to hold all other positions as-is.
