Trade Results - Verizon (VZ) Hello Smart Option Sellers! Well, we were able to get filled on yesterday's new put-sell trade on VZ. Smart Option Sellers were able to get filled.between $.25 - $.28 per contract, and with VZ stock dropping in the last 20 minutes of the session, the put option went out with a $.27 bid/$.30 offer, so we'll take the official mark at $.27 per contract. Here's what we did: Sold (sold-to-open) the VZ July 2018 $39 put options for an official sale price of $.27 per contract as an opening transaction (sold-to-open). If you have not placed this order yet, or did not get filled yesterday, you can still do so at current prices. As I type, the stock is lower again, and the market on the put option is now $.28 bid/$.39 offer. The market seems to be stabilizing a bit, but don't let that catch you off guard. Big moves like this can still generate some fear, so be prepared for more possible downside action. I've got a few more stocks on my radar, but their earnings come out next week.
