Trade Results - HACK & BIG

Trade Results - HACK & BIG Hello Smart Option Sellers! We placed two new put-sell orders yesterday on HACK & BIG. With the stock market roaring out of the gate to a strong start, we were only able to get filled on a handful of the HACK trades while no such luck yet getting filled on BIG. The first few trades on HACK went across the tape between $.25 - $.29 per contract based on the Time & Sales report and the emails some of you sent to me. A total of about 170 contracts traded within our price range yesterday so we'll take the official mark at $.27 per. Here's what we did: Hack Cyber Security ETF (HACK) Sold (sold-to-open) the HACK June 2018 $26 put options for an official sale price of $.27 per contract as an opening transaction (sold-to-open). If you have not been filled yet, just keep your order working GTC at a sale price of $.25 per contract or higher. Some of you opted to sell the $27 put option for a bit higher price, but officially we're sticking with the $26 put option. Big Lots (BIG) We were not able to get filled yesterday at our price of at least $.25 per contract. The market for this put option never budged, and with the general stock market moving higher, there wasn't the need for the put option buyers to play with us. As stocks move up, put option prices move lower, so any put option buyers out there were probably thinking they can get cheaper prices if they wait. So at this point, we'll give it a few more days to see if stocks have any kind of pull-back. If they do, we should be able to get filled on our orders. As with the HACK trade, some of you opted to sell one strike higher with BIG and were filled on the $40 put option. For now, we'll stick with trying to get the $37.50 put option on BIG until otherwise noted. Keep your orders working "GTC". Here's the order again: Sell (sell-to-open) the BIG April 2018 $37.50 put options for a limit sell price of $.25 per contract or higher, GTC, as an opening transaction (sell-to-open). If you haven't been filled yet, don't let it discourage you. Stocks will undergo a pull-back and fills will come at that ti
